Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service and UPS Worldwide.  Standard shipping times apply,
which is 3 to 7 business days within the US.  This time may vary depending on your location and the volume
being handled by UPS at the time of shipping.  International shipments will take longer.  

Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to addresses within the state of Utah only.  No tax
will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Utah, United States of America.

What does gift wrapping include?

Great care is given to the packaging of each custom order.  Each jewelry piece is individually packaged by
hand in a box with an airtight bag and anti-tarnish paper.   We will include a card with a reproduction of your
child's drawing on the front and a place for you to include your message on the inside.  Information about
how the design is created and instructions on care will accompany your piece.  If you choose to have your
order gift wrapped it will be sent in a beautifully wrapped box tied with ribbon and we will include your
personal message inside. Gift wrapping is an additional $2.00 per item.  When you send a gift from Small
Hands Creations, we make every effort to ensure that your gift makes a meaningful and lasting impression.

When should I expect delivery?

Each custom order takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks to create and will begin once your order and design
form have been received.  During heavy shopping seasons please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for orders to be
completed.  Once completed, your order will be shipped via UPS standard ground service within 3-7
business days.  Under normal conditions, please allow 3 - 4 weeks total for your custom jewelry order to
arrive.

What about expedited delivery?

Next day shipping is available on domestic orders.  Please call or email us at
orders@smallhandscreations.com  and we will calculate the charges for you.

What if I want to return something?

Due to the custom nature of our product there are no returns.  Once an item is purchased and produced, it
cannot be returned.  Work will not begin on an order until all information and drawing(s) are received.  Your
credit card will not be charged until confirmation has been received on your individual order.  If you are
dissatisfied with your order, please let us know by e-mail at service@smallhandscreations.com and we will
do our best to rectify the situation.

Do you accept checks and money orders?

Yes.   At the present time we only accept checks and money orders.  To ensure that your order is started as
quickly as possible please mail your drawing(s) and order form with your check or money order.   Please
make checks and money orders payable to Bennett Studios and mail to:

Are your products hypoallergenic?

All of our products are made of sterling silver (92.5% silver and 7.5% copper) including any chains, findings,
and connections (unless otherwise specified).  Silver is one of the safest precious metals, making our
custom jewelry perfect for allergy-free, everyday wear.   

How do I care for my custom jewelry piece?

To maintain the original condition of your silver jewelry, polish your piece regularly with a non-abrasive
polishing cloth.  We recommend using a Sunshine Polishing Cloth.  You will find these with our other
products.  Mild soap and water  will also help keep your silver looking good.  Thoroughly dry your jewelry
piece after washing with a soft non-abrasive cloth as silver can be easily scratched.   Sterling silver will
tarnish when exposed to oxygen or sulfur so store silver separately in a cool, dry container or a plastic bag
with anti-tarnish paper. Wearing your jewelry piece on a regular basis will help prevent tarnish.  Never
immerse your silver in chlorine, salt water, mineral springs, ammonia, bleach or suntan lotion.  These will
cause discoloration.  Avoid abrasive cleaners, detergents and commercial jewelry cleaning dips.  Using
harsh polishing cleaners will alter the look of your jewelry.   Due to the nature of sterling silver, these jewelry
pieces and their parts are more pliable than those made of base metal.  Care should be taken in handling  
and wearing each piece as they bend more easily less valuable metals. Proper care of your jewelry piece will
ensure its longevity not only as a keepsake but as an heirloom and bring years of enjoyment.
